There is a 5% chance that your seeds may be seized by your country. That is outside of our control. Why not protect yourself against this risk with “$30 shipping, tracking, and insurance?”

Example:

We are sorry that your seeds did not arrive. This may be due to the following reasons, depending on your country:

• A. Importing seeds into your country is illegal, and they were confiscated** (e.g., USA, Australia) **.
• B. Your country has a mail system that is unreliable due to theft or unknown street addresses.

If you pay for a guaranteed delivery of $30, we can help you.

Step 1: Provide us with proof that your order never arrived:

• A photo of your original order, opened and taped up again, stating “prohibited item.“
• A record of your package that never arrived, using the tracking number we provided.
• A letter from your country stating that you are not allowed to import prohibited items.

 
Step 2: We will re-ship your order one more time only.
