Overwatering

Overwatering is fatal to plants (not just with weed) which are planted in a soil set up. The soil should not be permanently water logged neither should it be allowed to dry. Enough water is needed for marijuana plants to grow just fine. Only water the plant when the top soil or few inches of the soil is dry. You will know if the plants need water when they are limp and are wilting. By maintaining a normal amount of water in your plants can make you harvest a high yield of potent buds.

Wrong Temperature Used
The optimum temperature for any marijuana plant is between 72 to 77 degrees Fahrenheit or 22.2 to 25 degrees Celsius. Marijuana is sensitive to temperature. Do not go for the extreme low and extreme high temperature to avoid from any severe effects to your marijuana plants.

Impatience

It is very exciting to grow your own marijuana plants. Harvesting early wouldn’t provide you with high quality buds to smoke. This applies to both indoors and outdoors. If you see the buds swell and sticky, it might be too tempting to cut them right away. Wait for it because they would grow more both sizes and potency. Yields may increase and if you are patient then you can reap the rewards later on.

Getting Busted

Always check your local laws. If you are located in a state or country where growing marijuana is against the law then make sure that nobody will know about what you are doing. Do not tell anybody about your marijuana growing. The most common reason why people get busted is indiscretion. Cops won’t search your place if you don’t give them a reason to do so.
