Is the procurement of seeds deemed permissible by law?

  • A minimum age requirement of 19 years and a valid payment method are prerequisites.

Reimbursement or Exchange?

  • All transactions are binding and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Please note that neither refunds nor exchanges can be applied to orders with a tracking number.
  • If you need replacement seeds, they must come from different batches of the same strain as in the original order.
  • Order Amendments – Modifications can be made for orders without established tracking numbers.
  • Exemptions to Refunds – Packages with a tracking number must show a status of “returned to sender,” with the parcel remaining completely unopened and unaltered.

Where does my order come from?

  • For orders within Canada, dispatch starts from Vancouver, British Columbia, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days after dispatch.
  • All other orders are dispatched from Los Angeles, California, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days after shipment.

How can I report a germination rate below 80%?

  • Please contact us to discuss the germination technique used during your attempt. We will identify areas for improvement to assist in a future attempt.

How can I receive complimentary seeds?

  • Giving a 5-star review will entitle you to a free seed.
  • For orders totaling over $420, you will receive 10 complimentary seeds.

How can I get free shipping?

  • Any order over $200 qualifies for free shipping.

How can I track the progress of my package?

International Shipping

  • Any shipment destined beyond the borders of Canada, the United States of America, and the US Territories is considered an international dispatch. To place an international order, you must order a minimum of 20 seeds or have a subtotal of at least $200.
  • Customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, fees, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
  • We employ discreet shipping methods exclusively. Before finalizing your order, please ensure that the provided email address and phone number are specific to your country, accurate, and easily accessible.
  • All transactions for international orders are considered final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
  • We do not guarantee an 80% germination rate for international orders.
  • While specific arrival dates cannot be guaranteed, occasional transit delays may occur. However, all parcels are dispatched with USPS Tracking Numbers for your convenience.
  • We offer a variety of payment methods for international orders, including:

  • For the convenience of our valued customers, prices are displayed in USD. However, for Canadian orders, you can select your country during checkout to view prices in CAD.

  • Please note that cash should be sent through postal mail, while money orders should be sent to MJSeeds Canada. Money orders designated “Seeds” will be promptly returned to the sender, awaiting revised instructions.
  • E-Transfer is a valid payment option for Canadian orders, and MoneyGram payments can be expedited electronically.
  • It’s important to know that orders exceeding USD 420/CAD are subject to signature and identity verification at purchase and during delivery. Transactions at this threshold are irreversible.
  • Regarding discount coupons, please note that they cannot be combined with ongoing promotions or sales.
  • If you have seed credits or coupons from previous orders, you must initiate a new order as a cash transaction to redeem them. Our valued customers can contact a representative directly to apply their credits, coupons, and payment for the current order.
  • When a payment is DECLINED, it will undergo reattempts twice daily for a period of two weeks, unless the Customer chooses to use a different payment method or requests the cancellation of the order.

 

Delivery & Shipment Issues

  • All transactions are considered final, and we do not entertain requests for reimbursements or exchanges.
  • We cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during transit.
  • Orders with subtotals below $200 are subject to a standard shipping fee of $20.
  • For US customers in all 50 states and US territories, orders are shipped domestically from Los Angeles, California, via USPS Priority Tracking.
  • For Canadian customers, orders are shipped domestically from Vancouver, BC, via Canada Post.
  • Packages are dispatched with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days from the date the tracking number is assigned. Please note that this timeline may vary depending on the postal carrier.
  • In the event of delays or issues after the package leaves our warehouse, the recipient or customer must file a claim with their local mail carrier. Links for filing claims are provided below:

  • Packages declared lost in transit or stolen require a Postal Service claim number for reshipment.
  • Packages with a confirmed “Delivered” status also require a Postal Service claim number. Secondary packages must be shipped with signature verification or updated address details.

 

Germination Assurance

  • We can only guarantee an 80% germination rate if you diligently follow our recommended procedure, which is thoughtfully included with every purchase.
  • Place them in plain potting soil only after the taproot has matured.
    • NO nutrients or NO fertilizers
  • Once the seedlings emerge from the soil, the responsibility for their subsequent development lies entirely with the cultivator.
  • Please be aware that MJ Seeds Canada cannot be held responsible for any variations in plant behavior due to environmental factors.
  • When faithfully following the germination manual, we promise an 80% germination rate for any package size.
  • Please note that we will not validate any attempts at germination using water sources other than bottled spring water. Tap water, reverse osmosis, distilled, and well water will not be considered for replacements if the germination rate falls below 80%.
  • We do not provide germination assurance for seeds placed within bags, concealed in any way, or exposed to a seed-heating mat during germination.
  • Each order is eligible for a one-time replacement.
  • The germination assurances will remain in effect for up to two years after the purchase date, provided the seeds are stored correctly, and the precise procedure is followed.

All international orders are not covered by the germination guarantee. Before placing your order, please ensure the email address provided is current and accessible.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for any package reshipments. Taxes & Fees may be required during pick up or delivery, some countries require brokers to clear package (submit to your local customs).

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. We ship discretely and stealthily. We never use our logo or mention our products on the packaging.

How do you ship the seeds?
Your seeds will be shipped in a protected package. We are constantly changing our methods of shipping; your package may be shipped inside anything from electronic equipment to toys. Orders outside of North America will normally be shipped inside birthday cards.

Do you ship COD?
Sorry, we do not ship COD.

What are the free seeds you receive when spending $420 or more? (not including shipping)
When you spend $420 with MJ Seeds Canada we will include free seeds up to the value of $420 with your order. If you order feminized seeds we will give you 5 additional feminized seeds. If you order regular seeds we will give you 10 additional regular seeds.

Which currency is used to purchase seeds?
The prices for our seeds are displayed in US dollars. If you are a Canadian customer you are charged the price displayed in Canadian dollars. Since we are a global company we choose to process in US dollars for orders outside Canada.

Do we guarantee delivery?
Yes, we do guarantee delivery with the $20 or $40 shipping options. These shipping options come with tracking and insurance, allowing us to know whether your package has been delivered. We always do our best to ensure your order gets to you. A small percentage of orders (between 5 and 10%) are seized by customs going into some countries. When choosing the guaranteed delivery option you can be assured we will reship your order in case of loss by the postal service or seizure by customs.

Free Shipping – For all total item orders over $200 free shipping applies. Simply order enough seeds an we will cover the cost of shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment. It takes an average of 7 to 21 business days for orders to be delivered with regular post across North America. For orders shipped express it takes about a week. All packages must clear customs before they can be delivered. There are 2 reasons why your product might not arrive:

A. In some countries it is illegal to import marijuana seeds.

B. In some countries it is illegal to import agricultural products such as seeds, fruits or vegetables.

How do I know you won’t keep my money and not send any seeds?
If we kept your money without sending seeds we would not be in business. The seed business is built on repeat happy customers. The average seed customer tries a new strain every 6 months. It is in our best interest to make all our customers happy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash and money orders in the mail, as well as Interac e-transfers (Canadian customers only) and Paypal. We also accept Discover, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Payment Transfer and Bitcoin payment. If you have a preferred method of payment please contact us and we will send you the instructions.
